Meet The Aspen Academy Team

Hello! I’m so excited to introduce myself and share a bit about my journey. I graduated with a bachelor’s in educational studies and an MBA with an emphasis in management, which has shaped my understanding of both education and leadership. I’m married and a proud mom to four wonderful boys: Vinnie, Archie, Ralphie, and Conrad. Our home is lively with three dogs—Stella (our lab), Zeusy (our German Shepherd), and Marlie (our mascot), as well as a cat named Oreo, chickens, and some fish!

When I'm not with my family, you’ll likely find me enjoying the outdoors. I love being on the water with my friends and family, taking beach vacations, snow skiing, and spending weekends at the farm.

Before opening Aspen Academy, I worked in various daycare settings, which made me realize my passion for working with children. I was deeply inspired by my parents when they opened their own daycare, and from that moment on, I knew I wanted to be a director of one. After graduating from college, I ventured into corporate America for seven years, but I ultimately realized that my heart was always with the kids.

Now, I am thrilled to be leading Aspen Academy and providing the reliable, high-quality care that every working parent needs. As a working mom myself, I understand the importance of finding a daycare that you can trust. I’m here to help your family thrive, and I look forward to welcoming you to Aspen Academy!

My name is Ashley, and I’m excited to be joining the Aspen Academy team as Co-Director. I’m married and have a daughter named Maxine, along with our very energetic dog, Stella. As a family, we love being outdoors, visiting the Zoo, and spending time at one of our favorite places—the Magic House.

My educational background is in Early Childhood Education and I have over 10 years of experience working with young children. Throughout my career, I’ve taught in classrooms from Infants to Pre-K, and I’ve also been involved in management, teacher mentoring, and curriculum development.

I’m passionate about Early Childhood Education because it plays such an important role in shaping a child’s growth and love of learning. As a leader in this field, my goal is to help create a positive, supportive environment where your child feels safe, cared for, and excited to learn.

Miss Maddi is excited to serve as the Director of Curriculum for your children. She enjoys being outside at the lake swimming or playing fetch with her, black Labrador, Phoebe and blue heeler, Paisley. She also enjoys playing golf with her fiancé or hanging out with her family and friends.

Miss Maddi comes to this role with over five years of teaching experience in the classroom along with multiple summer programs. In the classroom, she had the privilege of working directly with students and seeing firsthand how thoughtful instruction and meaningful relationships can ignite a love of learning. Miss Maddi holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in Reading, and she is a certified Reading Specialist. These qualifications have equipped her with both the practical and research-based tools to support students, teachers, and families in building strong literacy foundations and well-rounded learning experiences.

At her core, she is someone who deeply believes in the power of education to shape lives- not just through academics, but through curiosity, creativity, and confidence. She looks forward to partnering with you and our incredible educators to help every student grow, discover, and succeed.
